So Miss Selena Gomez had on a really “BAD” dress during this years 2013 Billboard Music Awards. When I say “bad” I mean that dress was “the business”. I’m loving the vibrant colors, just in time for spring.

The singer wore a white Atelier Versace Couture gown with a thigh-high split that showed off her leg. The gown had sheer paneling cutouts with neon piping and zipper finishings along the back. I’d give this look two thumbs up.

Rihanna was spotted out in risque D.I.Y top. I mean the shirt speaks for itself. Where would one wear this type of top to? I can only imagine what people’s reaction would be. Me, i’m not easily offended so if I ‘d seen someone wearing this top, i’d probably just laugh. Would I wear it, I don’t know.

After her first collection was reveled during London Fashion Week back in February, Rihanna is ready to unveil her Summer Collection.

Yesterday Rihanna posted a few pictures via instagram giving us a sneak peak of her River Island Summer Collection.
