So Miss Selena Gomez had on a really “BAD” dress during this years 2013 Billboard Music Awards. When I say “bad” I mean that dress was “the business”. I’m loving the vibrant colors, just in time for spring.
The singer wore a white Atelier Versace Couture gown with a thigh-high split that showed off her leg. The gown had sheer paneling cutouts with neon piping and zipper finishings along the back. I’d give this look two thumbs up.
