6 Spring Shoe Trends To Crave For 2016

// // ]]> From the runways to street style, these spring shoe trends have been spotted on the shelves of many retailers and in pages of some of the hottest fashion magazines. 90s Classic Trend Has Made A Huge Comeback For Spring

A few days ago I was watching the Wendy Williams show and Naomi Campbell was one of her guest. I noticed that Naomi was wearing a choker.  Recently I’ve been seeing these necklaces popping up on people’s neck more and more. The last time I wore a choker was back in the 90s during my preteen years, when Clueless was my style guide. (I've probably seen that movie over a million times, literally.)  I think I still have my old chokers from the 90s, I had two lace ones and one faux tattoo[...]

Networks Ban Lane Bryant’s New Commercial Celebrating Plus Size Models…

// // ]]> According to TMZ, Lane Bryant's new commercial featuring Ashley Graham, Precious Lee, Tara Lynn, Denise Bidot and Georgia Pratt have been banned from TV networks like ABC and NBC. Thinking to myself, what could be inappropriate about this commercial to make them ban it. Are they using inappropriate language, is it too controversial, and so on. So, of course, I had to watch it for myself. After the 30-second commercial ended, I was confused. Maybe I missed the reason as to why it was[...]

Eleanor Anukam offers a line of luxury shoes ranging from sizes 9-13. After spending years searching for quality shoes in her size, she never quite found what she was looking for. How To Maintain Soft Winter Lips

With this cold winter air, I find myself constantly applying chapstick. If not, my lips become very dry. Then I end up biting off the dead skin, which is not good. I usually exfoliate my face twice a week, but I never really focus on my lips. So recently I've started exfoliating my lips, to help keep them smooth and moisturized by scrubbing away dry dead skin cells. If you want pretty lips, then this is the method for you, plus it’s helpful if you’re a fan of matte lippies. Great thi[...]

Nobody talks about this part of getting dressed…
Great outfits don’t just happen. You build them — piece by piece, color by color, detail by detail. As a petite girl I had to figure this out on my own. Now I’m sharing everything. Petite Besties, we’re doing this together.

Hey Petite Besties! I wasn’t expecting to fall in love today… but then this @Fabletics pleated skirt set happened. It’s navy. It’s pleated. And it’s giving sporty chic energy. Oh….and it’s fitting my 5’1” frame like it was literally MADE for me. This is the go-to set you didn’t know you needed. You’re welcome.

No one is going to hype up petite girls like I will so let me do my job bestie. Because baby…I used to think midi dresses were just not built for girls like us. Too long, too much fabric, too overwhelming, I was convinced it would be too much on my small frame. And then THIS dress showed up and completely changed my life. The seaming does the work, the pleats give the movement, and the leopard booties just completed the look. And the pop of color of part of my personal style.

Fashion besties, we’ve all been there…something sitting in your cart for WEEKS and you convince yourself that if you just try it on in store, you’ll finally be able to let it go, because it doesn’t fit right or you just simply don’t need it. Yeah… that didn’t happen.
This polka dot co-ord had been living in my cart rent free and I told myself going in store was the responsible thing to do to prove to myself I didn’t need it. The fitting room determined that was a lie.
If you’re petite and you know the struggle of finding something that actually FITS and FLATTERS …then this one’s for you. Because when it’s right, it’s right.
