I almost forgot I had this set and that is a CRIME against fashion loll, but I finally pulled it out and I am loving it real bad! This is the Fe Noel x Target collab from a few years back, worn for a photoshoot and never again… until today. Paired it with my Daniel’s Leather moto jacket I’ve had for 12+ years, my Brandon Blackwood bag, and some Express shoes I also forgot I owned. No one is going to hype up petite girls like I will so let me do my job bestie. Because baby…I used to think midi dresses were just not built for girls like us. Too long, too much fabric, too overwhelming, I was convinced it would be too much on my small frame. And then THIS dress showed up and completely changed my life. The seaming does the work, the pleats give the movement, and the leopard booties just completed the look. 80s babies & 90s kids who else had jelly sandals as a kid and thought they were the most stylish kid on the block? I haven’t had a pair since I was little little but I just fixed that! Fashion besties, we’ve all been there…something sitting in your cart for WEEKS and you convince yourself that if you just try it on in store, you’ll finally be able to let it go, because it doesn’t fit right or you just simply don’t need it. Yeah… that didn’t happen. This polka dot co-ord had been living in my cart rent free and I told myself going in store was the responsible thing to do to prove to myself I didn’t need it. The fitting room determined that was a lie. If you’re petite and you know the struggle of finding something that actually FITS and FLATTERS …then this one’s for you.
