Did Lindsay Lohan Really Ruin A Borrowed Designer Gown? Making alterations to a dress doesn't sound all bad, but when it's a borrowed dress worth $1,750, there's a problem. Apparently Charlie Sheen called in a favor from stylist Phillip Bloch to ensure Lindsay Lohan would have a dress to wear for the event.
