Clueless is one of my all-time favorite 90’s movies. When it was in theaters, I went to see it a couple of times. Who doesn’t love Cher Horowitz and her BFF Dionne Davenport? By now, I swear I’ve seen this movie over a million times, I own it on VHS and DVD. No matter how much time passes, Clueless will always be a classic, must-see movie.
“Cher: Been shopping with Dr. Seuss? Dionne: Well at least I wouldn’t skin a collie to make my back pack.”
Both were into layering sweater vests over button-ups paired with mini skirts and over-the-knee socks. Cher was more prissy, she matched her outfits to the tee on her computer before getting dressed. She also incorporated plaid into her looks.
Dionne’s was more of a risk-taker with her style, especially with those hats. She was a little more daring and wore pieces Cher didn’t. Dionne wore a lot of bold prints and colors. With a mix of different accessories.
No matter how similar or different their styles were, they both rocked and owned their looks.
