So I received a blazer from Sammydress.com that I’m really loving. I’ve heard of them before but I was a bit hesitant to order from them, simply because of reviews I’ve heard about the quality and sizing of the clothing from similar sites. When I was offered the opportunity to choose what I wanted in exchange for my review, I decided to try them out.
Stylish Women’s Shawl Collar Peach Blossom Print Long Sleeve Blazer
While on the site I came across this Peach Blossom Print Long Sleeve Blazer that I thought was really cute. I was a little unsure of what size I should order because I know that the sizes in China run smaller than the sizes in the US. After looking at the size chart, I decided to go with a large to be on the safe side.
It took about 2 weeks for it to arrive, which wasn’t too bad, especially since it’s coming from the other side of the world.
When my blazer arrived, I was eager to try it on. The large is true to size, I tried it on over a sweatshirt and it fit with no problem, so I’m sure a medium would have been a better fit for me. The large is a bit baggier than I would prefer.
This blazer retails for $14.90 which is really affordable. Made from cotton blends, this blazer also has an inside lining, full-length sleeves, with a shawl collar. The quality is pretty decent considering that this blazer was under $15.00. Also, the blazer actually looks like the photo on the website.
All in all, I’m pretty satisfied with this blazer, I’m now interested in trying a few more pieces that they offer on their website. I really like the trendy selection that they have to offer for prices that will fit everyone’s budget. If you do decide to order, please be mindful of where the product will be shipped from, so patience is a must. Despite the negative reviews that I’ve read about this company, my experience has been pleasant.
