All thrifters unite! Today is National Thrift Shop Day. What better way to commemorate and celebrate the day than visiting your local Salvation Army Thrift Store?
Whether you’re looking for vintage clothing, antique furniture, or quirky collectibles, the Salvation Army Thrift Store offers a vast array of hidden gems waiting to be discovered. The excitement of stumbling upon a one-of-a-kind piece or a valuable vintage find makes thrift shopping an adventure worth experiencing.
When I’m in the mood to thrift, I am always in search of vintage clothing or handbags. I love finding nostalgic pieces while shopping. It’s something about the uniqueness and history of each piece.
I recently visited my local Salvation Army Thrift Store, check out what I found.
The first piece I found was a plaid blazer, which instantly gave me Hilary Banks vibes from The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air. I can’t wait to style this.
The second piece is another blazer, its cropped with exaggerated sleeves. The blazer is an attention-grabbing piece.
In honor of National Thrift Shop Day, the proceeds from all sales and donations at the Salvation Army Thrift Stores fund The Salvation Army’s 100% free Adult Rehabilitation Center for men and women suffering from addiction.
