This past Tuesday I was invited to attended the Charmed by Charity Grand Opening event for ALEX AND ANI at Twelve Oaks Mall. I was sent a few of their bangles to wear to the event, and I instantly fell in love with my new arm candy. This event was to celebrate the opening of the brand’s third retail store in Michigan. 15% of all proceeds made during the event will be donated to the The Rainbow Connection.

The Bracelets I Received For The Event
I received the following bangles to wear to the event, which I absolutely love. In the box were three bracelets, the Queen’s Crown Charm Bangle, Fleur De Lis Charm Bangle, and the Cream Rooted Mystery Wrap.
Instead of having a bunch of charms on one bracelet, Alex And Ani bangles allow you to mix and match different symbolic pieces by stacking them, allowing you to create a more personalized look. Before this week, I’ve never heard of Alex AND Ani. But after attending the event, I’ve already added another bangle to my collection and after checking out their website, I’ve already found another must-have piece, the Detroit Tigers Cap Logo Charm Bangle. Gotta represent my hometown!
