Episode 4 Review “Papa Can You Hear Me”
In episode 4, a few of the girls decide to head to the Hamptons while Mica learns the severity of her father’s illness. Daisy shows the world what it is that she does for a living and Melyssa plans on hosting a party.
In the beginning, Mica shares with Daisy and Melyssa about the strained relationship she has with her dad and how she hasn’t spoken with him for over a year. Before heading to the Hamptons, Mica and Terry take a visit to see her dad on his death bed, but not before she stops off for a glass of wine halfway there to calm her nerves.
Melyssa and Daisy are not going to the Hamptons. Since Melyssa started doing real estate, she has yet to earn a single dime, so she decided to host a party to make a quick 5 grand. Daisy on the other hand is working with her new assistant doing a makeover.
Brie, Demetria, Greg (Demetria’s Guy), and Geneva all head to the Hamptons. Brie’s parents have a home out there and she invited everyone up.
Mica hires a driver to bring her up, but of course, she has him stop at a liquor store so she can purchase a bottle of wine. When Brie, Demetria, Greg, and Geneva arrive at the Hamptons, they sit around talking waiting for the arrival of Mica so they can go eat. The worse thing in the world is waiting for someone to show up when you’re hungry. That really bugs me. Once Mica finally arrives, she stops off at her cousin’s house for more drinks. By the time she makes it to Brie’s, she is “lit”. So of course the show ends with previews of next Sunday’s episode and Mica is acting a “fool”.
This episode was pretty good. But it’s nothing special, it’s going to be just another drama-filled reality show. Pure entertainment. I still can’t wait to see how this is going to play out. I’ll be tuning in for episode 5. I’m really starting to get into it.
