Keasha Rigsby Opens New Bridal Boutique In Detroit…

BEAUTIFUL BRIDAL WITH KEASHA RIGSBY (2)

Television personality Keasha Rigsby of TLC’s Say Yes To The Dress and TV One’s Keasha’s Perfect Dress has made the move to Detroit. The esteemed bridal consultant opens her first US flagship store Beautiful Bridal with Keasha Rigsby along with co-founder former television executive Vallery Hyduk in downtown Detroit, making it the city’s first bridal boutique.

Keasha Rigsby Vallery Hyduk

Vallery Hyduk and Keasha Rigsby

Beautiful Bridal with Keasha Rigsby will be offering brides a glamorous and elegant shopping experience. Showcasing custom collections of designer gowns and bridal wear through appointment only and one on one consultations with Rigsby herself. They’ve also set aside a stock of wedding gowns exclusively for try on parties, were you and your friends can spend the evening trying on dresses.

Beautiful Bridal Dresses

This boutique will give brides the ultimate experience when it’s time to select the perfect dress, along with choosing the right accessories for the big day, no matter the brides budget.

The building itself is very nice, it gave me a nostalgic feeling. The boutique is housed in a newly renovated historic two-and-one-half-story French Renaissance Revival mansion located at 2921 East Jefferson Avenue. Beautiful Bridal has multiple showrooms, spacious fitting and dressing rooms. This Bridal boutique will serve as Detroit’s premiere location for luxurious bridal service and preparations, setting a standard of excellence for the city’s bridal retail industries.

This past Sunday I had the opportunity to attend a private media preview at the boutique and meet with Keasha Rigsby herself. There were a few wedding dresses that were being showcased, I even fell in love with a few. I’m excited for Beautiful Bridal and I can’t wait to see what else they have in store for us . Welcome to Detroit!

Beautiful Bridal with Keasha Rigsby will open to the public on February 4, 2016.

I did see one look that didn’t include lace, and they also have a huge selection as well as offering customization. If you’re looking for a non traditional dress, I’m sure they can make that happen for you.

It’s so cool that she opened her own bridal boutique! She has paid her dues so it’s well deserved. These dresses are gorgeous.

Good for her! I felt like she would branch out. And I love the fact that she has so much experience, I would definitely trust her to help me with my wedding look if I wasn’t already married.

Nice! Even though I didn’t have (and don’t want) a wedding, I would’ve liked to have gone dress shopping with my mom and gotten a big wedding gown. That’s all I missed about the traditional wedding experience after 16 years of marriage.

Nobody talks about this part of getting dressed…
Great outfits don’t just happen. You build them — piece by piece, color by color, detail by detail. As a petite girl I had to figure this out on my own. Now I’m sharing everything. Petite Besties, we’re doing this together.

Hey Petite Besties! I wasn’t expecting to fall in love today… but then this @Fabletics pleated skirt set happened. It’s navy. It’s pleated. And it’s giving sporty chic energy. Oh….and it’s fitting my 5’1” frame like it was literally MADE for me. This is the go-to set you didn’t know you needed. You’re welcome.

No one is going to hype up petite girls like I will so let me do my job bestie. Because baby…I used to think midi dresses were just not built for girls like us. Too long, too much fabric, too overwhelming, I was convinced it would be too much on my small frame. And then THIS dress showed up and completely changed my life. The seaming does the work, the pleats give the movement, and the leopard booties just completed the look. And the pop of color of part of my personal style.

80s babies & 90s kids who else had jelly sandals as a kid and thought they were the most stylish kid on the block? I haven’t had a pair since I was little little but I just fixed that! I bought these jelly sandals from Anthropologie and my inner child is doing a little happy dance. And I grabbed this chocolate brown NY hat because why not! Drop a 🩷 if you had jellies as a kid!

Fashion besties, we’ve all been there…something sitting in your cart for WEEKS and you convince yourself that if you just try it on in store, you’ll finally be able to let it go, because it doesn’t fit right or you just simply don’t need it. Yeah… that didn’t happen.
This polka dot co-ord had been living in my cart rent free and I told myself going in store was the responsible thing to do to prove to myself I didn’t need it. The fitting room determined that was a lie.
If you’re petite and you know the struggle of finding something that actually FITS and FLATTERS …then this one’s for you. Because when it’s right, it’s right.

So yea, my plans got cancelled but this leopard print top + faux leather moto jacket and these wide leg pants are a petite girl formula that never misses.
My plans may have gotten cancelled but baby y’all were still going to see this outfit regardless. We don’t waste fits around here, that’s the rule.
Petite girls, save this formula because it works every single time.
